Lee H. Harris AIA
I have been in the architecture and planning profession for 30 years as a senior project manager/designer in many of the most published architectural firms in New York City. Currently, my role as principal of Harris Le Roy Architecture, involves all aspects of professional practice; leading multiple project teams on feasibility and master planning studies, conceptual design, project development, fee budgeting and staff scheduling, technical documentation and consultant oversight, construction administration and client relations. I have principal oversight responsibilities and design experience with institutional structures of historic character, landmark preservation, retail design, performing arts facility design, and unique residential properties.
Specialties: Client relations and development, institutional structures of historic character, landmark preservation and adaptive reuse, retail design and fit out, technical design integration and coordination, performing arts facilities and phased planning, unique residential properties and interiors. With a keen eye for quality, artistry, furniture, and materials, Inga believes that one of the most vital factors of city life is having beautiful interiors that reflect your personality and match to your daily habits and needs. She has been with the company for five years and has a BFA in Interior Design from New York City's Fashion Institute of Technology.

Shelly Mascarenhas
Shelly has a multifaceted background in design and advertising. She has worked at HLA for the past three years and holds a master's degree in interior architecture and design from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Space planning and material selection are her favorite aspects of a project. She has a keen eye for detail and draws her ideas for creating functional spaces from simple and minimal design trends.
